All parts of this site can be accessed from the panels on the left. Simply click a green bar and it will dropdown a brief description of that section's content. Then, just click the specified link within the panel to launch a video or access an information page.

The video is broken down into 9 small sections. This helps reduce video load time and makes an easier task of reviewing any particular information if you'd like a refresher.

Before you start watching the videos, you may want to download and print our Broker Load Worksheets. They serve as a good video companion providing screenshots and plenty of room for notation.

Remember, the Designated Broker in your office must permit Broker Loading listings for the whole office in order for the HCMLS to change a salesperson's status. Once a salesperson completes the course, he or she should inform the Designated Broker. The Designated Broker then needs to inform HCMLS of this staus change. After status change, the salesperson can load listings, make changes,
and load photos.
